Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only for services not delivered according to the agreed project scope, timelines, or quality standards specified in the contract. Services that have been partially delivered or completed milestones are not eligible for refunds.

For Workday, ERP, Cloud, software development, or other IT consulting services, refund eligibility is determined based on the percentage of work completed and the resources already allocated to the project.

Clients must submit a written refund request via email within 15 business days of service delivery. The request should include the order details, contract reference, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Every refund request is reviewed by our project management and legal teams. Refunds are approved only if the delivered service clearly deviates from the agreed project scope and no milestone has been completed satisfactorily.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Consultation hours already utilized.
• Custom software or solutions developed specifically for client requirements.
• Third-party software, licenses, or service fees.

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund request, Syncllusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will work collaboratively with the client to identify a suitable resolution, which may include additional service hours, technical support, project adjustments, or partial service credit.
